Day 20 – Unstuck Warfare
They speak of you with evil intent; your adversaries misuse your name. Psalm 139:20
Unstuck Truth 20: You have a real enemy who is really out to steal what God has for your life.
We all encounter spiritual battles throughout our lives. Sometimes they are intense and long and drawn-out and other times they are short skirmishes which dissolve quickly. However, the biggest issue is many of us do not know how to even recognize frustrations, strongholds, disagreements or fights as a spiritual battle instead of just a “natural occurrence.”
So, I want us to look at ALL areas of our life where you are in conflict. Is it with a child or a parent? Is it with our boss or employee? Is it with our spouse or sibling? Whatever it is, let’s try and approach it AS IF it were a spiritual battle, because God’s word says,
“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” – Ephesians 6:12
With these verses set firmly in our minds and spirit as TRUTH, I want us to consciously take 20 minutes to practice applying EACH article of clothing to our personal conflict.
