Senator McCain’s choice of Governor Sarah Palin for Vice President will ROCK our world!
Greetings friends, I am a bit late to the blog this wonderful Friday afternoon but better late than NEVER I always say! 🙂 I am thrilled and excited to congratulate Nancy Miller as the winner of my sweet friend Suzie Eller’s book Come With Me! Thank you all for visiting…
I had such a great post going on in my head for today, the title is “You were Born to Change the World”—hold that thought, instead, I appear to be having some blog issues. It seems that on certain computers, my blog is all haphazard and in disorder. It appears…
“Somewhere between the memories of what has been and the hopes of what might be, we pause, take a deep breath, and wonder” Embracing Your Second Calling—Passion and Purpose for the Rest of Your Life Dale Hanson Bourke (Thomas Nelson, 2009) I devoured this book. It is so yellow highlighted…
In the name of being a good Mother In Law, I could NOT miss another Tasty Tuesday. If you saw my last post you know I did me some cooking over the weekend. My culinary delights ranged from fresh salsa to sweet tea. I know, Cookbook Publishers get in line!!…
Good Morning Summer Sizzle Study friends. I pray that you have had some degree of success in following along in this easy living summer Born to Bloom study of Psalm 139. As for me, the living has NOT been easy. I have been “BOUND SECURELY IN THE BUNDLE” (1 Samuel…
Oh my goodness, Pat. God is doing a major work in my heart during our weekly girl gathering. Our discussions have made me feel like the Holy Spirit needs to do laser surgery on my heart and remove any judgment or pride that might have a chance to eat away…

I am excited, too, for McCain’s choice! I feel like the election got a little jolt. Hooray!
You were the first person I thought of when the announcement was made! So awesome!
Dido that. Now, let’s make sure they get into office!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for stopping by my blog…you are welcome anytime. Pretty serious stuff you talk about. I like it and I’ll be back! btw my name is Pat also. lol
I eagerly waited for the announcement and then watched her entire speech the day McCain declared Palin his running mate.
She was truly inspiring to listen to. My thought as I heard her… “This is a good day for America.” What a role model!
I was very encouraged as to the outcome of this election with her as the surprise running mate.
She is a fresh face to Washington with experience on the Executive level. She has great personal stories that she’s lived out … just like the rest of middle America. Apparently she has a record for hard hitting against corruption and wasteful spending. Wow… do we need that.
The two of them together (McCain and Palin)might give us the most pro-life ticket and most pro-life platform in history… that’s exciting.
Now we need to pray that every registered voter get out and place their vote!
I too, am excited about the VP choice!
Happy Labor Day Ladies!
Let’s all agree to keep this election in our prayers. God is full of surprises and blessings.
Let’s keep our voices before Him as we take our most effective position for our Nation..on our knees!
Blessings,
Pat
Yes, I think he made a very smart move. Gutsy lady!
