Senator McCain’s choice of Governor Sarah Palin for Vice President will ROCK our world!
Senator McCain’s choice of Governor Sarah Palin for Vice President will ROCK our world!
As UNGLUED as my week has been, it has all worked out and NOW I get to give stuff away. I LOVE that! I have loved reading your notes and emails. I have loved adding new friends to my mailing list. Since we had so many sweet words and wanted…
This line from “Pretty Woman” popped into my head this morning (from WAY back in the past) as I was journaling from Genesis 37, the story of Joseph and his Dreams. I know “Pretty Woman” isn’t the purest of movies (understatement here) but I have always loved rags to riches…
I have always loved the words in Luke 2:19 (NIV) that say: “Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart” The word “ponder” means to consider something deeply and thoroughly; to meditate; to weigh carefully; to consider thoughtfully. Pondering takes being still instead of rushing….
I love blogging. I realize you might find that difficult to believe since it has been nearly a month since I last posted. It is not because of blogging boredom but rather is due to life’s busyness. I have used this blog as a sort of journal/diary for over a…
Greetings to those of you who are new to my blogs and to those faithful few who are emailing me to say “Where are you??!!” I know some of us met last week in either Houston or Nashville. Both were amazing!! I would love to hear your feedback about those events. …
Amazing truth from “Church and Culture” Ministry: Spiritually Hazardous to Your Soul Another well-known Christian leader has come under fire for sexual immorality. I won’t go into the details. If you are at all dialed into church world, you know the megachurch pastor I’m talking about, and can find all…
I am excited, too, for McCain’s choice! I feel like the election got a little jolt. Hooray!
You were the first person I thought of when the announcement was made! So awesome!
Dido that. Now, let’s make sure they get into office!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for stopping by my blog…you are welcome anytime. Pretty serious stuff you talk about. I like it and I’ll be back! btw my name is Pat also. lol
I eagerly waited for the announcement and then watched her entire speech the day McCain declared Palin his running mate.
She was truly inspiring to listen to. My thought as I heard her… “This is a good day for America.” What a role model!
I was very encouraged as to the outcome of this election with her as the surprise running mate.
She is a fresh face to Washington with experience on the Executive level. She has great personal stories that she’s lived out … just like the rest of middle America. Apparently she has a record for hard hitting against corruption and wasteful spending. Wow… do we need that.
The two of them together (McCain and Palin)might give us the most pro-life ticket and most pro-life platform in history… that’s exciting.
Now we need to pray that every registered voter get out and place their vote!
I too, am excited about the VP choice!
Happy Labor Day Ladies!
Let’s all agree to keep this election in our prayers. God is full of surprises and blessings.
Let’s keep our voices before Him as we take our most effective position for our Nation..on our knees!
Blessings,
Pat
Yes, I think he made a very smart move. Gutsy lady!
