A Fresh Season: Leadership Lessons for Women of Faith

Hi friend, I’m so glad you’re here today. If we’ve been connected for a while, you know that my desire is to inspire other women in their QUEST OF FAITH and to make my website and resources places of encouragement, prayer, and a reminder to reconnect with God in the middle of everyday life. That will never change—it’s part of who I am.

As the season begins to change OUTSIDE, I want to share something new that God is stirring INSIDE my heart.

A Spring Season of Ministryy

All Summer, I’ve been in what I call a ministry season of “Spring”. It has been a time of creativity, growth, and abundance. I’ve launched new resources, written, spoken, and coached. My heart has been overflowing with fresh ideas.

Yet, even in the abundance, I’ve also felt God’s gentle hand pruning. Some things needed to shift so that His best NEW THINGS could grow.

Through prayer and reflection, one calling has become crystal clear: My MINISTRY is to help women step boldly into their God-given dreams and callings.

Crushing Limiting Beliefs

If you’ve ever wrestled with thoughts like:
• “I’m not enough.”
• “It’s too late for me.”
• “Who am I to lead?”

Friend, you’re not alone. Those lies are the enemy’s favorite tools to keep women from living their Esther moment—“for such a time as this.”

Part of my mission in this new season is to dig deeper and help women crush those limiting beliefs and replace them with God’s truth, so they can lead with confidence and courage.

What’s Changing—and What’s Staying

This blog, although it has been “on break” for a while, isn’t going anywhere—if anything, I believe it’s becoming stronger. From now on, each post will weave together wiht my podcast PERMISSION TO PAUSE and my YOU TUBE video–reseal options, all one weekly message!

• Faith — staying rooted in God’s Word
• Calling — clarifying your unique assignment
• Leadership — practical wisdom to step forward with courage

We’ll learn from women in Scripture like Esther, Deborah, and Mary. We’ll talk about overcoming fear. And I’ll share tools I use in my own life and in coaching women!
