Fresh Word Friday
I use lots of different methods to keep my time in God’s Word fresh.
I use lots of different methods to keep my time in God’s Word fresh.
I have spent the most interesting time with the Lord this morning. Socrates said “The unexamined life is not worth living” God’s Word says “Search me O Lord and know my heart, see if there is any wicked way in me” It started with the question above as I reflected…
“Blessed is she who believes what the Lord has said will be accomplished” Luke 1:45 I am posting from New Braunfels, Texas. It is about a 30minute drive from here to San Antonio. The weather has been VERYYYY COLD, which only matters to me because I chose to leave my ADORABLE…
I would not call myself the most disciplined girl in the world. For example, I start my diet every day. I have been trying to complete 30 days of the 30 day “Shred” for about 3 months. My garden looks beautiful once in a while, the rest of the time…
I know that once a week does not a blogger make. I soooo…. want to get better at this if life would just stop spinning and time would slow down. I honestly feel that the calendar just turned to November and here we are LESS than a week away from…
Last week, I had the amazing honor of presenting a workshop at Proverbs 31 Ministries “She Speaks” Conference. What a TREAT! I have always loved and believed in this ministry. The founder, Lysa Terkeurst is one of my favorite people and has been a dear friend for over 20 years. I have attended…
My granddaughter is singing praises to God as she plays Tea Party with American Girl dolls on my family room floor. She is happy. She is safe. She is hopeful. She is peaceful. She is more than adored. She is deeply loved. She is singing. Today is a Good Day….

Love the tabs at the top and would love to know how to do it. sigh.
Great word today (or Friday actually). I have been hanging out in the book of Romans off and on for the past year… I can’t seem to get out of it for long. Not that I want to. The words that keep jumping off the pages at me are all about “grace”. Grace, grace and more grace. The free gifts provided already …available to all who would believe. Makes me weak in the knees.
Have you ever read through it in the NLT?
Meems,
I see that you are up and about late this Sunday evening.
I so agree, If not for GRACE, where oh where would be be.
Thank you for the visit!
