1) I would still have REAL people, with WARM blood flowing through their veins, answer telephone calls regarding flights. 2) I would not charge to let someone “EARLY check-in”, after all, they would be doing ME a favor. 3) I would encourage checking bags so that my guests–who PAID me…
Last week, I had the amazing honor of presenting a workshop at Proverbs 31 Ministries “She Speaks” Conference. What a TREAT! I have always loved and believed in this ministry. The founder, Lysa Terkeurst is one of my favorite people and has been a dear friend for over 20 years. I have attended…
Today’s Word for Women is a one minute word of encouragement designed to deliver a dose of delight to your day!
Hi friend, I’m so glad you’re here today. If we’ve been connected for a while, you know that my desire is to inspire other women in their QUEST OF FAITH and to make my website and resources places of encouragement, prayer, and a reminder to reconnect with God in the…

Thank you for your words of wisdom, Pat. They truly spoke to me this day! I get so excited about the many things I want to do in Christ, that many times I don’t handle any one of them well. What a great word today! I too am guilty of “doing” without any real direction from Him.
This post is very timely for me. I have been leading a group of ladies in a bible study that will end in two weeks. I do not want to rush ahead of His leading or make assumptions for the future.
Thank you for sharing from your heart and for reminding me of the importance of seeking Him and listening for His direction in ALL things.
Oh friend! You KNOW this is a hot topic for me! Blessings on you as take a listening stop on the road God has you on.
Hugs,
Melinda
Thank you for the reminder!
