Unstuck Blessings!

God SET US UP for blessings?

Sometimes I forget that how about you?

Sometimes it seems like life has a whole bunch more DISFAVOR than Favor!

Still, when I begin to wonder “what the heck”…I have to make a conscious decision to turn from the lies of the Enemy to the TRUTH of God’s promises in His Word.

Psalm 139:13 says that God KNIT US TOGETHER in our mother’s womb. That we are “fearfully” and “wonderfully” made.

Psalm 139:16 says that EVERY DAY was ordained before it comes to be and Jeremiah 1:5 says BEFORE you were born, I set you apart. I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.

God created us with a plan for blessings. He created us with a plan to make a difference in the world. God loves you and has a plan for your BLESSINGS!

The question is, will you believe it. Will you receive it?

The Word of God very clearly shows us that God’s plan for us is favor; health; spiritual opportunity; creativity; divine connections; wisdom; dreams…..

At the same time–the Word of God clearly reveals that we have an enemy and his entire purpose is to break apart God’s blessings on your life.

We have a choice.
Whose plan will we lean into?
Whose plan will you choose for your life?

Ruth was a woman in the Bible who, just like us, had a choice. Ruth’s young life was peppered with problems. Her young husband was killed will serving his country in battle. He left Ruth with a despondent and hopeless Mother in Law who saw returning to her homeland, which had NO FOOD, to get the sympathy and support she needed. She tried to push Ruth aside and go it alone but Ruth made a life-changing choice.

Here are just a FEW of the choices for a blessing that Ruth made:

  1. She chose to stay in faith.
  2. She chose to AGREE with God’s plan over her own comfort.#.
  3. She chose to keep God first and follow the laws of love.4.
  4. She chose to give and serve while she was in a place of wandering and waiting.

Ruth chose to walk in blessing.

When we CHOOSE to believe God, His blessings will ALWAYS TAKE OVER any plans of defeat the enemy tries to throw our way.

EVERY SINGLE TIME. NO EXCEPTION.

Ruth stepped out in faith with a desire to serve and God’s blessings chased her down.

All she had to do was receive them. No struggle. No striving. God’s blessings came to her.

God wants to send His blessings to you, right here, right now. Will you receive them?

Blessed with you, Pat

  1. I assume since I was in Bible study last Christmas I don’t have to submit my email again?

  2. I am at a place in my life right now where I feel stuck. I’m seeking God’s direction for what he wants me to do next. I volunteer 1 1/2 days a week at a pregnancy center. My heart is in the abortion recovery ministry, but I don’t know what direction God wants me to go in that ministry. I covet your prayers.
