“Somewhere between the memories of what has been and the hopes of what might be, we pause, take a deep breath, and wonder” Embracing Your Second Calling—Passion and Purpose for the Rest of Your Life Dale Hanson Bourke (Thomas Nelson, 2009) I devoured this book. It is so yellow highlighted…
Discouragement comes at the strangest times. I am a person so un-prone to down days that I am absolutely caught off guard when one attacks. This morning, I dragged myself out of bed in spite of the fact that “Fall Forward” gave me an extra hour of sleep time, I…

My baby girl – same age – is heading off next weekend, too! It’s wonderful having her home and it’s wonderful that she’s excited to go back.

XO Melinda
