Snakes Beware! Unstuck Woman on the Loose!
A few summers ago my family and I were vacationing in the North Carolina Mountains and wandered down to the lake to go swimming. I waded into the chilly water and not so elegantly plopped onto a slippery black inner tube with my youngest G-baby Bella paddling close behind.
As I leisurely floated away from the shoreline, Bella, decided that she wanted to jump on the inner tube with me. I was maybe 1o feet or so away from her, an easy distance for her to swim towards me and grab my toes for leverage. As she swam towards me I felt something wet and nasty slither across my legs. I looked down and I’m not kidding you, there was a 10 foot snake (okay, maybe 6 but it was huge) very likely a Water Moccasin, swimming right between me and my Bella.
I’m telling you I became a wild woman. I began to try to free myself from inside that tube all the while screaming Bella’s name at the top of my voice. Of course, she had no idea what was going on. My son and his wife were standing up on the shore in hysterical laughter over my ridiculous water tube dance until they looked down and could see that snake from the shoreline, that’s how big it was!
As much as I hate snakes, I would not have hesitated for one second to grab that snake by its very neck before I would let it get my g-baby.
I know you get me!!
That is a tiny little example of what our God will do to defend and protect us, His daughters! He will grab Satan by the neck. In fact, He has. In the end He has the last word, but in the meantime that devil is doing some slithering, isn’t he?
He is causing some disruption and he is causing some trouble in our life.

Reading through the comments of some of our Christian sisters riled me up just about as much as that day on the inter tube.
It makes me MAD to see the devil slithering around the lives of so many women.
There is only one thing for us to do ladies–we have to fight back!
We have to attack.
We have to protect our loved ones.
I’m asking you please, join me as we dig into the deepest places of our hearts and find out where God’s promises meet our place of attack.
God’s word is our weapon. Life Unstuck applies God’s Word to our STUCK places and leads us to UNSTUCK!
We must know what God says about your challenges and STUCK places? If we don’t we can not win!
It is time for us to get passionate about God’s word. To know it backwards and forwards,to memorize it, to study it.
My deepest prayer for Life Unstuck is to inspire us towards that goal.

Thank you so much for your prayers and God-inspired comment under my comment last week on Wendy’s post. You blessed me. Your comment helped me be bold. Last Friday at 6am prayer group, the Lord made it clear to share my testimony in front of the group – wasn’t even planning on it, but I obeyed. I just kept praying “God speak through me as I don’t know how to share this”. I’ve shared my testimony with women many times, and this time was men and women. It was interesting that afterwards and even today men are going up to me (or my husband) and thanking me for sharing, and saying things like “that was powerful” or let me know it helped them. I was always fearful before of sharing it in front of men, and the fear is gone. Praise God! When I got home I sensed that Satan was very mad at me, which is a good thing. Feeling thankful that I am becoming “unstuck” as I walk through any fears, and allow God to use my story for His glory. I plan to buy your book someday when I go to Parables.
