Quest Call: One on One Coaching

After we have chatted* about your UNSTUCK Dreams–Let’s get our “quest” started together with a one-hour search session.

We will talk about your dreams; your “stuck” places and your next steps. After that, I will share several possible ways for us to work and walk together towards your dreams and goals.

Continued One on One Life and Leadership Coaching:
For the leader who just needs a boost of energy, direction, or clarity about the “Season” they are living. This program involves 6 forty-minute skype or phone sessions using Pat’s personalized program of Season analysis; evaluation; direction and next-step strategy.

Mastermind Group Coaching:
Groups of 5-7 leaders consist of monthly skype or phone conference calls that allow each group member to have the experience, creativity and support of a like minded-but not directly involved leadership team for the purpose of problem-solving; vision casting; strategy determination. Groups often begin or end with a face to face retreat.

Upcoming Freedom Quest Weekends:
Freedom Quest is for a deeper level of life/leadership coaching for those leaders who are facing burn out, max out or “fall out”. For the leader who is confronting some spiritual, emotional or physical stuck places and desires a strategic plan for taking the next steps to Life and Leadership Unstuck.
