I love that you carry your prayer book on walks!
I like to run & some of them become prayer runs. I have even taken a card for Scripture memory a few times. Obviously, I don’t look at it as I run, but I try to recall the verse, glance at it when needed, repeat, etc. Such a good way to combine getting in some movement and time with God!!
