I am interested in getting information about your STS Training in Charlotte on July 25. I have been in Women’s Ministry since 1998, received my WM Certificate from NOBTS (Chris Adams was in my class!) in 1999; have worked for a year in a Crisis Preganancy Center; worked with a shelter for battered women and their children; trained in Rape Crisis; and served with my husband as houseparents for four years to unwed pregnant teens through the Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home. Actually LIVING 24/7 with these young women who chose life for their babies was a surprise calling from God. We raised three sons, so this was quite a God thing!!! Although we were mom and dad to a number of foster children through the years and all were girls, mostly sexually abused. Presently I am the Founder and Executive Director of a military ministry, a whole new direction that God called me to (website.) I still continue to counsel and minister to women. I have three daughters-in-love and six “G’s” myself! I didn’t need to give you so much info about me, but wanted you to know my passion for serving God and for serving women.
